When you add an item to My Appliances you need to select the room that you are using the item in. If you select an account type of Home then the list of rooms that you can select from is the made up of rooms that you would normally find in a home e.g. Dining Room. If you select School or Business then you will need to define the list of rooms yourself e.g. Class 4C or Accounts Department. Other than this Home, School and Business accounts work the same.

Figures to use for CO2 per kWh are Coal 0.90kg, Gas 0.39kg, Oil 0.74kg, Typical UK Electricity (from www.environment-watch.co.uk ) 0.42.

Once you have filled in this information an email will be sent to you to with the information that you need to verify your new account. The security question is used if you forget your password and need to reset it.
